You will need to complete a review of the Streets plan. See Streets’ plan review requirements and applicable forms for more information.
Presentation in person
Residential and Commercial Construction Permits: You will need to request permit approval from the Streets Department before applying for your L&I permit. You will need to have your Streets Review employment application number when you apply for your L&I permit at the MSB Permit and Licensing Center.
Other Permits: You must submit your Streets-approved plans with your other application materials when you apply in person at the MSB Permits and Licensing Center.
Residential and Commercial Construction Permits: Start your Streets Department application through the eCLIPSE portal before applying for your L&I permit. You will be asked to enter your Streets Review employment application number on the L&I application.
Other Permits: Upload all plans and materials required by the Streets Department when you apply for your L&I permit through eCLIPSE. The Streets Department will conduct its review electronically and provide approval directly to L&I.
