CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE: New high-frequency data for Bulgaria closing out the third quarter was released today. The rather weak outlook suggested by this data leads us to expect a meager quarter-on-quarter advance of 0.1% in the third quarter GDP data to be published next week, in sync with a slowdown to 1.7% year-on-year. .
